How can I export a SFIT class variable to Excel?

I am using the Curve Fitting Toolbox to fit surfaces to data. I want to export the solution (function + regression paramters) to excel or outside MATLAB. The problem is that the exported function in combination with the parameters delivers completely different solution using excel or something else. It seems as solution does not fit to the shown surface. Where is the problem? Can anybody help?

When I use the coeffvalues of the sfit and retype the formula in matlab, the solution is different:-(
