Can I use a Simulink 1-D Lookup table to interpolate between n-element vectors?

I would like to use a Simulink 1-D Lookup Table to implement gain scheduling. Will it still work if my gains are a vector for each breakpoint? If so, will it interpolate element-wise, i.e. create a new vector where each i-th element is interpolated from the i-th element in the vectors that are 'looked up' by the breakpoint data?
