Modulating a Video file using QPSK modulation

I am trying to modulate a video file using QPSK and then sending it using an antenna. I will be running this on a raspberry pi and conecting it to the antenna.

I am stuck at where I should even start, been reading everywhere and there isn't much on how to modulate actual files instead of just random bits or integers from a generator.

Any suggestions would be great,
