License Manager Error -8 and guide for free installation

I downloaded Matlab 2018a for FREE from a website, but after installation... I activated it, but when I open it, I shows error of "LICENSE MANAGER ERROR -8"....
please tell me how to resolve this issue...

Matlab is not free. If you can look up the error code here. If you got Matlab from your institution/employer, contact your IT department. If you bought a Matlab license yourself you can contact Mathworks support directly with the 'Contact Us' button at the top of the page.
