save data to diferent excel files

Hi i'm doing a interface with GUIDE, and i use the xlswrite1()function to save data into a excel file. My problem is when i close the program (my interface) and open again, the excel file is overwriten.
How i can do for change the name of file , automatically, each time that start the program.

put the date and time in the file name
