The MATLAB Support Package for Parrot drone does not currently support the workflow of connecting and working with two Parrot drones of the same type.

Parrot Mambo drones don't support the feature to connect to multiple drones at the same.
But Ryze Tello EDU drones have this feature. You can use MATLAB Support package for Ryze Tello drones and connect to multiple Ryze Tello drones at the same time. Refer to this answer for more details.
