How do I plot data that has a x axis and y axis date?

I have data that corresponds to an arrival date and departure date. Basically a pork chop plot. How do I plot the data so that it corresponds to both axes?

Somewhere around R2016a or R2016b your started being able to use datetime() or duration() objects as both X and Y axes.
