matlab 2019 very slow on ubuntu 18.04

GNOME 3.28.2

SISTEMA OPERATIVO A 64 BIT

I have installed UBUNTU 18.04.2 LTS

and

MATLAB 2019a

Matlab is very very slow in startup and also when in started!!!

I have a student academic version of matlab, I didnt find the LM_LICENSE ... I did activation online!

Same, but i have error massage about "canberra-gtk-module not loaded " and "gtk2.x and gtk3 can not show up at the same time". but bug report tell the first problem do not affect matlab usages. wondering.
