Where can I find the 32-bit versions of Matalb to download?
Because I need to install a 32-bit version, my pc is a WIN 10 pc with 32bit operating system and a processor based on X64

Unfortunately, "x86-64" means '64 bit', not '32 or 64 bit'. Both your processor and OS must be 64 bit to have the 64 bit version of Matlab. The last release with a 32 bit version was R2015b.
If I were you, I would consider installing the 64 bit version of Windows 10.

MATLAB is never going to return to 32 bit windows. If it returns to 32 bit operating system at all then it will be for ARM for use on systems such as Raspberry Pi with a Linux operating system.

@julio: download and install R2015b or earlier, making sure to select the 32 bit version from the dropdown menu.

You would need to obtain R2015b 32 bit. That could be a problem if you are using a student license unless your educational institution can provide a copy.
