How to find Modal Parameters using NExT/ERA?

The following is a signal received from the first floor of a building, i've have a 12000x5 matrix with each column being a floor of the building (5 floors) 12000 representing time (10 minutes).
I was wondering how to find the modal parameters using the NExT or ERA methods. any help would be appreciated.
