Just read one column

Helo, i want to ask about read csv in matlab.

I use the code :

[a,b,c] = xlsread('104.csv');

in that csv has 15 columns with 30000 rows

.

But why matlab just running only first column like this ?

Is that something wrong with my code ? its just simply code but why that codes shows only 1 columns?

My guess is that everything in your ‘104.csv’ file are saved as characters (or strings), rather than as numeric data. That is likely the reason there is nothing in that ‘a’ output from xlsread, while the second (text) and third (raw) outputs have everything.
