Is it possible to programm Apps for Android with MatLab?

Technically it is possible but it would be limited to whatever MATLAB Coder could handle.
The simplest method, in my opinion, would be to generate C/C++ code from MATLAB using MATLAB coder and then utilize a wrapper like this to implement the function(s) created on the Android SDK.
