Extract data from CSV files

hi everyone,

i need to extract a specific data from a csv file.

my csv file contains 15 columns with around 5000 rows, i want to extract the x and y position at a specific time points.

the structure of my csv is the following

comlumn 1: time comlumn 2: x position column 3: y position etc.....

i have 35 trials so there will be 35 time points to extract.
