Problem with using matlab to send commands to an Arduino mega 2560 board on windows 7.

Hi, I have a problem with using matlab to send commands to an Arduino mega 2560 board on windows 7. I can well controll it on a mac (matlab 2017b) but not on an windows laptop. I installed the Arduino support package but it does not help.
Do you have an idea how to solve this problem?
