MATLAB R2019a trial not working

Hi, after i have installed MATLAB R2019a trial version for students i have encountered this particular problem, does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Use the telephone handset icon in the upper right corner of this page to open the Contact Us option to ask MathWorks for help.
