How can I use the matlab wavelet menu to obtain wavelet coefficients of a power signal created in simulink in only one simulation?

Hi, I have designed a subsystem in simulink for evaluating different power disturbances and i need to use a discrete wavelet transform to obtain the coefficients that extract the features of the signal.
I want to know if it is possible to use the wavemenu interface of matlab for transforming my signals in simulink in the same simulation where my signals are obtanied, i.e. what i try to avoid is obtaining the simulink signals in one simulation, then saving them to the workspace and after that loading them again in a different simulation in the wavemenu (which i call from matlab to simulink) for obtaining the wavelet coefficients.
In conclussion I would like to know if i can use some part of the simulation time, to generate the signals in simulink, and once they are created, pass the information of these signals to the wavelet menu or a discrete wavelet transform so at the end of only one simulation time i have the wavelet coefficients of my signals.
