GradObj is not a valid option to optimset()

iam getting a error maybe because i dont have a licence for the given products
GradObj is not a valid option to optimset() unless a license is present for one of the following products:
Optimization Toolbox
Curve Fitting Toolbox
Statistics and Machine Learning Toolbox
Computer Vision Toolbox
System Identification Toolbox
maybe thats the reason iam getting error using optimset

Kavidha - do you have a valid license for any of the above toolboxes? What is the line of code that is throwing this error?
