How can I find sensitivity indices through variance based method using SAFE toolbox?

I already have a dataset of input and output samples generated for a model from external platform. I loaded the input and output samples in the matlab and tried using post-processing functions of variance based method but couldn't get the result.

Are you refering Sensitivity (in context of ROC)?

I am referring to first order and total order sensivity indices using in-built functions of SAFE toolbox.
