How can I calaculate the transmission time of a million packets distributed randomly with respect to bandwidth,spectrum efficency and bit rate?

Transmission time of a packet depends on the length of the packet, which is being transmitted and the bandwidth of the channel. As the spectrum efficiency was taken into consideration, the effective bandwidth available during the transmission of the packet should be taken into consideration.
