How do I transfer an Individual DEMO MATLAB license to a new computer?

I have previously activated my trial license on a computer, and I would now like to transfer my license to a different computer.

How do I transfer an Individual trial MATLAB license to a new computer?

My recollection is that DEMO licenses cannot be transferred -- but you can ask for a new DEMO license for the other system.

Hi,

I requested a new trial license, but they told me to install the same license in the second computer, following the same process as i did to install the first time.

They told me I might need to deactivate the license in the first computer. I went to deactivate in the first computer and there MATLAB stated "Deactivation not Required".

Now I'm installing in the second Computer. I´ll let you know it I could successfully complete the instalation. This is for MATLAB 9.3.

Hello,

I was able to successfully install MATLAB in the above described way.

This mean the trial license are transferable to other machines, and deactivation is not even required.
