Low-Level Graphics Issues

Dear, I have Matlab 2019 a). I use Windows 10 in my notebook.

Until yesterday the program Matlab was works well.

But today the windows updated and now the Matlab doesn't works.

I updated the drivers manually, but the problem continue.

Could you help me, please ?

MATLAB R2019a Update 5 has been available for a few days. Update MATLAB and see if the issue persists. (Go to: Help → Check fof Updates → Products.)

It is about AMD Radeon drivers. But I don't know which option to choose.

I would click on Send Report. That will likely get you the most appropriate help.

I have laptops with AMD videocards, and AMD frequently offers to update the driver software and I always let it. That is usually the best option. NVIDIA does essentially the same.

But I don't know which product I have submit.

There are many product, among them, AMD readon r9 series, r7 series, Tv tuners, Legacy Graphics...etc

I have no idea which one to use. Could you help me ?

I have not manually updated the AMD drivers in a while.

I would go to the section:

Auto-Detect and Install Radeon™

Graphics Drivers for Windows©

click on DOWNLOAD NOW and let that utility auto-detect and find the correct drivers. Then you can choose to update them.
