Is turbulence modelling possible with Matlab?

Hi there

Does anyone know of a method/program to model turbulence in Matlab? Ideally I would like to create a 3D scenario of simple structures like boxes, spheres or tubes, and subject it to windspeeds (or waterflows depending on the context) of different magnitude and visualize the change in turbulence intensity and pattern.

I would really appreciate any advice on this matter.
