Buoyancy effects for liquid stratification

I've been trying to create a model for a stratified tank in Simscape. I've tried several aproaches but not happy with what I made so far. I used a combination of tank blocks, interconnected in various ways, but still the results are not what I expected. Any ideas on how to approach this?
