Tissue image question/overlying images

Hi,

I have a tissue image that contains green,black and blue shapes, is it possible to generate 3 overlay images that only contains these colors (not channels).

I tried converting the image to HSV but while the green is converted to yellow all the other data is lost. Performing an HSV on the original image inversion does not help as well.

Any idea how to solve it? I am a bit lost and a newbie in IPT.
