HI I am trying to generate code from Embedded coder for QPSK transmitter.I just want to ask that is there any nice document/tuitorial to guide the process in generating c code for Atmel AVR 32 bit.

1. The following link refers to PDF documentation related to Embedded Coder Product:
It contains detailed information about use of Embedded Coder, different functions associated with it, different user workflows, references and release notes. please refer this documentation to have more insight on code generation using Embedded Coder.
2. MathWorks and third parties offer MATLAB add-ons that extend Embedded Coder to support specific hardware including ARM, Intel, NXP, STMicroelectronics and Texas Instruments. These add-ons are nothing but Hardware Support Packages.
The following link refers to a page which has information about Atmel Support from Embedded Coder:
MathWorks does not offer an Embedded Coder Hardware Support Package for the devices listed on this page above.
Third party connection hardware and software products may exist and MathWorks Consulting Services is available to aid with hardware integrations.
3. Though an exclusive hardware support package is not available for Atmel processors, you can still generate a code for it. By setting up appropriate model configuration parameters like system target file, hardware board, device vendor, device type etc.,you can generate C code for Atmel AVR 32-bit processor.
For detailed explanation regarding setting up various configuration parameters according to requirement, please refer above documentation link given.
