convolution of Template with original image

I have image template of size(100,100)which is added with and average of 10 images..How to convolve template with original image..in order to detect face and i need to take highest value in that convolution result to compare with threshold..and detected part of the face has to mask..is any one having code for that please..

Could you please show how to get the average image of 10 images? I have got the average image, but there are always some noise like the edge of face. How can I get an ideal average face? Thank you very much.
