I can not install Embedded Coder Support Package for Texas Instruments C2000 Processors

When I am installing the Embedded Coder Support Package for Texas Instruments C2000 Processors, I get the following error.

"There was a problem installing the support package. To resolve this issue, contact Technical Support"

How can I solve that?

Hi,

It could be your firewall or antivirus, also check if you can switch to different network or different machine if possible. Contact MathWorks support if nothing helps.
