I need help with this question!
Consider two situations, namely a finite length of a noisy sound signal and a set of signals (several pure and noisy signals).
Then, create a single taper and multitapers spectrums. Explain the characteristics of each spectrum and reduced the bias and variance observed in each spectrum using appropriate methods.
