How do I create a bode plot of two sets of data?

The input is an array of wind speed (6001x1 double) and time (6001x1 double) and the output is an array (120001x1) within a struct, and is across the same span of time as the input. How do I create a bode plot with gain against frequeuncy. The input wind speeds are sinusoidal and I have run the simulation for various frequeuncies of the input. I hope someone out there can help me! Thanks
