solving partial differential equation system

I want to solve this 2 partial differential equation system (numerical) on matlab but can't understand how should I do it.
I've tryied to understand where should I began but couldn't succeed.
If anyone could guide me it could be wonderful.
The equations are
  1. d(nC)/dt = - d(qC)/dx + d(nD * dC/dx)/dx - n*C*R
  2. dn/dt = - n*C*R
(q, D, R are constants)

Maybe finite difference method FDM? Do you know how the result should looks like?
