I wish to set a path for MATLAB Online
"On the Home tab, in the Environment section, click Set Path. The Set Path dialog box appears"
However from screen shot below, the "Environment" does not have set path option?!

Can you just use your own local version of MATLAB rather than MATLAB online, the web-based version? Why do you want to set a path anyway? Can you just get by using fullfile() to specify the full path of files you need to use?

the Set Path link apppears to just call pathtool so you could try calling that directly.

You could also right click on the folder in your current folder window. In the context menu, you will have an option to add the current folder or the current folder and subfolders to the path.
Also, if you want to changes to persist, once you are finished modifying the path, in the Command Window run the function savepath.
