Am doing my PG project and have the following doubts. Could anyone please help me in this matter.
How to obtain the 12 MFCC coefficients from a given speech signal? Why do we choose 12 MFCC coefficients? Am getting a matrix of dimension 66*99 in this which are the 12 coefficients?
