How to compile the algorithm written in MATLAB into a program that can be used in ROS?

I found a target tracking algorithm STRCF on GitHub.
But it was written in MATLAB.
I want to transplant it to the computer maniford2 of DJI .(This computer is an arm architecture that MATLAB cannot be installed ?)
Is there any suitable way to help me solve this problem?
