I'm Heungsun Choi B, Korean; I'd ordered a student copy of matlab r2006a from a US vendor 2 years ago. Matter's that there is no licence number in the delivered package. When I try to install it, I couldn't find its license number, neither in the package nor in its sleeve. There is only a license agreement letter w/o number in the package: virtually Incomplete contract. How can I fix the problem?

Two years after the fact is a little late and did you really order R2006 or is that a typo and was R2016?

That aside, not knowing precisely how overseas sales are handled, I'd suggest contact that vendor first and see what they can do to help.
