From jsonencode to CSV: how?

I have a structure that is converted with the function "jsonencode" to:

baseLines_jsonencoded =

    '{"parameter":2,"r0_temperature":28,"r0_raw":[5286,5291,5270,5290,5291]}'

Next, I would like to convert this character array to a CSV formatted file. With respect to the CSV file, the following is required:

• The three rows of the first column should contain "parameter",''"r0_temperature" and "r0_raw".
• The three rows of the second column should contain the accompanying numbers.

Is there an easy way to convert the jsonencoded character array?
