Windows 7 did not execute exe compiled by Matlab

Windows 7 did not execute exe compiled by Matlab complier.

Please specify the version of MATLAB used, and the error message (or other failure symptom) that you see.

I am using Matlab 2010A and complier 4.13. I have installed correct version of MCR as well. I am testing the exe on win-7 64 bit computer.
