What online account activated/installed Matlab?

There is a machine, in my institution, with an installed and activated Matlab (R2019b). The installation/activation was likely done using an online account. Is it possible to figure out the account associated to that license? Thanks

If they're still logged in, the name should show up in the top right. Otherwise, not sure

If you are the license administrator then when you view the activation details you can see the associated username.

Or if this is a Named User License and you have access to the machine then you can read the username out of the license file.

In addition to the above, you can try retrieving the license details from the MATLAB command window using:

ver -support

This will provide a license number, which you can then use to contact MathWorks support for assistance. They should be able to help resolve the issue. You can reach out to them here: MathWorks Support.
