where do we get help

I have had no response to my question and have called Mathworks requesting help and no-one has got back to me.

Is the product still being supported?

This is a user forum, not official MATLAB support. If no one knows the answer to your question then it would not be unusual for you to receive no answers. Is this just help, or is there a suspected MATLAB bug involved?

If your Question involves the Antenna Toolbox, only one person (Honglei Chen, a MATLAB Staff person) usually responds.

To get help on it, use the Contact Us telephone handset icon to request Technical Support. Have MATLAB open at the time, since you will need to include the output of the ver command.

Call again. I don't ever recall calling the Mathworks tech support (during working hours) and not getting a live person to talk to. Maybe they were just swamped that particular time.
