Dose profiles comparison between mapcheck measurements (.txt file) and treatment plans (.dicom file)

Hi everyone,
I am wondering if there is a is any matlab function or script to process directly from mapcheck meassurements (.txt) to plot X-Y dose profiles?I am trying to compare dose profiles from treatment planning (.dcm format) with measurements (.txt format). I could not figure out how to do so. It would be really great if anyone can help me. Thanks in advance.
