Operation in progress whenever i close matlab window!

Hi! As i mentioned in the title, whenever i'm trying to close the Matlab window, i obtain a popup saying that there is an Operation in progress. Obviously, i'm not trying to close matlab during the execution of one of my scripts/programs, but probably one of my codes, keep something opened and i would like to find it and adjust it, since it's very annoyning obtaining that message every time!!!

Do you know how i can check the operations matlab is running? i think that if i'll found it i can correct my code!!!
