You can use the ThingSpeak Output block to write data to a ThingSpeak field.
You could use the thingSpeakWrite function in your code.
Can you describe your final goal a bit more?

I've a simulink model related to pv system, so i wanted to access the PV system data through IoT (Thingspeak). How can i do this using Matlab and Thingspeak.
