ADC Threshold modeling

How to model the variation in the Thresholds of ADC due to linear gradient in Resistors ?

I implmented the ideal ADC with floor function , Now I would like to add the variation to threshold at each level

I would like to model variation of each threshold value as gaussian variable with sigma=0.1 , how do it do that ?

I really appreciate if someone offers help or any hints . Can I model this in SIMULINK
