plot 8 bit data along X & Y axis

Hello

I have some 8 bit data ranging from 0 to 255,now i have separated it in 4 bits form in two parts by some tricky anding..now 255 is 1111 1111..

Now I want to plot the left 4 bit in x axis and right 4 bit Y axis in 3d plot...how does it possible ? so that a line from point 1111 form both X and Y axis will represent 255 in surface of the 3d plot.
