Simulink look-up table using scattered data

Hi,

I have a data set, which includes scattered data. I want to build the table for Simulink look-up table (linear interpolation and clip for extrapolation) so that when I run the input of this data set as input to the table I can achieve the output value of the data set with very small numerical error.

I know we can use scatteredInterpolant to build the table with regular interval axes and use the table in Simulink. However, it may not meet the requirement in bold above if the grid is not extremely fine. I wonder what would be the best tool for this.
