Removal of cluster head function from the code

Hello everyone,

I'm working on following code (code in below link) in which I want to remove the function of cluster head and make the code in flat hierarchy in which all nodes are on same level.

Also, I'm not implementating LEACH protocol, but I require this code due to its parameter configuration, energy model and event detection model.
