Real time signal split

Hi,

I have a real time data, which may look like this for example:

Can anybody help me with the signal split? I want to split those three signals (where is abover 0) and store them in three signals.

The idea is that, it is not always I get three peaks for example, sometime there can be only 1 peak, while other time can be even 4...

And this needs to be in real time/online application. I have been in this problem for some days now, could not get a way out.
