How can I fix running a code that requires air properties from refprop on matlab?

I'm trying to run a matlab code that requires air properties from refprop but I keep getting this error

 Error using refpropm (line 263) 
 [SETUP error 101] error in opening file  for component #1; filename = (C:\Program Files\REFPROP\fluids\air.fld).

There is a air.ppf file in the fluids folder. How can I fix this?
