Is there a way to calculate the coefficients of Legendre polynomials?

Hello everyone. I am currently working on conditioning a Henkel moment matrix. I am aware of the fact that the function equilibrate exists and that it serves to improve the conditioning. Aditionally, I have also found a paper in which a specific way to improve the conditioning is described. To implement said method I need a matrix which contains the coefficients of the Legendre polynomials. However, I cannot find a way to do this using matlab. Can someone help me?
If legendre polynomials are 1, x, 3x^2-1,... then I need a matrix as
1 0 0 ...
0 1 0 ...
-1 0 3 ...
and so on.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks.
Regards.
Jaime.
