Do I understand correctly that the output of the PS to S block flows rightward a little, forks and a copy goes upwards and turns left and flows left for a bit and turns up for a bit. Then it forks, with one branch flowing a short distance right to the upper input to the speed scope, and the other branch flowing left a ways (top left line) and then turns downward, crossing RelSpeed without intersection, and then turns right to become the second input of Driver?
This is confusing without study. The naïve reading would be that RelSpeed is forking at the place they cross and then flows up and right and continues over to the speed scope. I recommend against using a T intersection to have flow left and right, except perhaps short distances to locations with obvious direction arrows.
Which block is responsible for the time delay between outputs and the outputs flowing back to become inputs? At the moment, it looks like you have an algebraic loop.
The inputs and outputs of the Vehicle Body block are very confusing, especially the Conn* labels.

Hey can you please check your block parameters, its most likely they are not correct or in opposite order.
