個人ライセンスのMatlabにmatlab compilerを入れたいのですが，
アドオンの個人購入は可能でしょうか

MATLAB Home（個人）ライセンスでは残念ながら MATLAB Compiler は対象外でございます。
購入可能な Toolbox: https://jp.mathworks.com/store/link/products/home/ML
